Its prompts speak to the life you actually live: carrying family, work, and everybody's emergencies, being strong because no one offered you another option, and learning to rest without apologizing for it. You will write about boundaries you need to set, help you are allowed to ask for, and the version of you that exists beyond what you do for other people.
Inside are 52 guided prompts, followed by open space for unguided journaling, so the structure is there when you need it and the blank page is there when you do not. A few honest pages at a time, in the quiet you rarely get.
